GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS
The following General Conditions of Contract, hereinafter the "Conditions" regulate the contractual relationship between the company PET PIOPPO S.L. provided with CIF B09835307 and with fiscal domicile at c/ Pablo Iglesias nº 1, Tercera Planta, 33402 Avilés, Asturias Spain and the user who acquires the products and/or services through the website www.moonpethouse.com owned by PET PIOPPO SL
PET PIOPPO S.L. informs that the following terms and conditions are also permanently available to the user on the aforementioned website. We recommend reading this document, downloading it and printing it for its preservation.
I.- General Aspects.
The general conditions are written in Spanish and are basically governed, among others, by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and, where appropriate, by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The shipping costs will be borne by the user in accordance with the current rates.
International deliveries
All shipments will be made by the transport companies DHL, SEUR or UPS. The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the package and the area.
VI.- Returns and Warranty Policy.

2º.- Changes in the products will not be accepted nor will the amount be refunded with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated. The use that is allowed for the acceptance of a return is that of the mere verification of its status.
3º.-In no case will a package sent to our warehouse postage due be accepted. It is advisable to make the shipment by registered letter and insuring the merchandise to avoid damage and loss.

- Products that have been manipulated or personalized.
VII.- Applicable legislation.
